Welcome to Sanus Software & Services, LLC ("we," "our," "us," or "SanusCorp"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice for California Residents applies to California consumers whose data is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). Below describes what information we collect that is subject to the CCPA, your rights under the CCPA, and how you can exercise those rights. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used here.

If certain types of information are exempt from CCPA, this policy would not apply, but other privacy policies may apply such as our general Privacy Policy. Further, depending on your relationship with us, for example, if you are an employee or a vendor of ours, certain of the below rights may not apply.

Disclose to you the following information covering the 12 months preceding your request:

• The specific Personal Information we collected about you
• The business or commercial purpose for collecting Personal Information about you
• The categories of Personal Information about you that we shared or disclosed, and the categories of third parties involved

Delete Personal Information we collected from you.

To exercise your rights under the CCPA, you must submit a "verifiable consumer request." Only you, or your authorized agent, may make such a request. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child.

A verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information for reasonable verification. We will request, for example, the submission of the person's first and last name, address, date of birth. If we cannot verify your identity or authority, we will not be able to fulfill your request.

The information provided for verification will only be used for that purpose.
